Man Arrested for Brush Fires in Carson City, NV

Carson City firefighters found four fires were deliberately set.

A Carson City man faces arson charges after starting multiple fires near Lone Mountain on Sunday.

Firefighters quickly determined all four fires were intentionally set. One of the fire areas contained food items, including hotdogs, suggesting that the individual may have been camping or cooking, Mynews4 reported. 

Using witnesses' descriptions, deputies arrested Aaron Osbun, 49, who had an active felony no-bail warrant out of El Dorado County, California.

He was harged with obstructing a Public Officer, Misdemeanor, Obtaining and Use of Another Identity to Avoid Prosecution, Felony, Outside Agency Warrant, and Third-Degree Arson, Felony. His bail has been set at $20,000.
